Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days of handling time.
Once shipped, your package typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

We use reliable U.S. carriers including FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
International shipping options may be added in the future, and any updates will be announced on our website.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once the return is approved.

7. Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
We currently do not offer product exchanges.

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping, but our packaging is neat, secure, and suitable for gifting.
